The diamond industry grades the colour of each stone from ‘D colourless’ to ‘Z tainted yellow’.

Each diamond has its own unique internal markings developed through the natural formation of the stone. These inclusions are graded to determine the purity of each diamond from ‘Flawless’ through to visible carbon markings.

The diamond's cut, determined by symmetry, polish and proportion, defines each stone's reflection of light and resulting sparkle. The cut ultimately decides how the light interplay's with the diamond's facets to bring about its brilliance.
