Our team continue to follow the guidance in order to maintain the safety of everyone on site, including our customers, staff and supliers.

To enable us to continue providng our level of service and manitain safety measures our opening hours are now Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm.

How do I know when my order is ready?

One of our team will be in touch as soon as your order is ready to arrange suitable delivery or collection options for you. For an update on your order status please feel free to contact the showroom at any point with you order reference.

Do you provide insurance for Davril Jewellery?

Davril is pleased to provide you with the documentation required for insurance complimentary with every new purchase, and will be pleased to advise you on the process of adding your jewellery to any new or existing policies. We do not provide the insurance itself but are pleased to recommend a reputable company we have worked alongside for several decades.

We would advise all insurance paperwork to be updated every 3-5 years and are always on hand to assist with this, please just get in touch.

Can you carry out valuations for insurance?

Davril's experts will be pleased to guide you through our Valuation Service for any additional items in your collection you may wish to insure. In addition we can offer a probate service and legal documentation. Please get in touch with a member of our team to  discuss the options most suitable for your jewellery.

What After Service does Davril offer?

Davril is proud of its long standing commitment to its customers and the aftercare to our jewellery that we provide. 

We like to see all our pieces back ebery twelve to eighteen months for an annual compimentary service, to include a full clean and polish and setting check, for the lifetime of the piece. 

This service allows us to cover any wear and tear and identify any additional work required through accidental damage to promote the longevity of your most precious pieces.

Do you offer jewellery engraving?

Our workshop offers a wide range of engraving services from wedding and signet rings to cufflinks and more unique items.

We are delighted to offer a complimentary service of upto ten digits where space allows inside wedding rings purchased from Davril, to include your special message.

Can I have my engagement ring from Davril re-sized?

We are pleased to provide a complimentary resizing for all new Davril engagement rings. Please get in touch with a member of our team to arrange a bespoke measurement to ensure the perfect fit.

What's my ring size in the UK?

Can i purchase Davril Gift Vouchers?

Davril believes there is no place in the jewellery industry for conflict diamonds and takes great care in sourcing its precious materials responsibly. We take pride in the relationships we have formed with reputable stone merchants, working exclusively with countries that are participants in the Kimberley process.
