How to Place an Order

Davril specialise in tailor made pieces designed to each customer's own individual requirements. 

Our In-house collections can be purchased at any time online, just 'add to bag' and complete the purchase process, including any special requests you may have at the checkout.

Should your vision be outside of our on-line collection our team can guide you through the process of creating your own precious piece of jewellery, from sketch and stone viewing through the order process to fitting and collection or delivery.

Delivery

We offer free delivery in the UK International with a special next day delivery service, tracked and signed for.

We are always pleased to arrange a courier service should you require this and our team are available to advise regarding any International shipping requirements you may have.
We usually aim to ship items within three working days but please allow extra time in view of the current global situation. Upon placing an order, clients will be contacted within 48 hours with an estimated delivery date.

All items are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK or by Fedex internationally. Deliveries will need to be signed for and photographic identification is required.

International delivery times may vary due to customs. International clients may be liable for import duties. Davril takes no responsibility for import charges incurred. Valuations for all items are sent by email after the item has been shipped. Please contact us if you need a hard copy. If your diamond is certificated, than the certificate will be shipped with the valuation.

Payement Methods

All major debit and credit cards are accepted online, and we are pleased to accept bank transfers, just get in touch with the showroom should you need any assistance.

Our prices are all in Pound Sterling (GBP) with VAT inclusive at the current rate.

To confirm all bespoke orders we ask for a 50% deposit with balance upon completion before delivery or collection can be made.

After Care Services

At Davril we like to see all our pieces every twelve to eighteen months for an annual service, full clean and polish and setting check with our compliments. This allows our workshop to ensure that your precious jewellery is maintained at the highest quality for its lifetime. 

In addition to this we welcome you into the showroom at any point to have your pieces examined in order to address any wear or tear or accidental damage that may have occurred.

Our team is here to advise on adjustments, re-sizes and re-modelling to ensure that you make the most of your valuable pieces.

Buying a Gift

For that special purchase be rest assured that any alterations needed can be done after the presentation. We are pleased to offer a complimentary ring re-sizing service for any Davril ring and are here to help with any adjustments that may be needed for necklace and bracelet lengths.

Whilst we don't offer refunds for bespoke orders, we are pleased to offer a full credit note or exchange should you change your mind.

Upgrade Service

We welcome all Davril customers to return to us at a point in future when an upgrade is being considered. We can guide you through the options available, and offer 100% credit of the original purchase amount towards your new piece, subject to inspection. Terms and conditions apply.

Insurance Valuations

Davril is pleased to provide you with the documentation required for insurance complimentary with every new purchase, and will be pleased to advise you on the process of adding your jewellery to any new or existing policies. We do not provide the insurance itself but are pleased to recommend a reputable company we have worked alongside for several decades.

We would advise all insurance paperwork to be updated every 3-5 years and are always on hand to assist with this, please just get in touch.

Our Valuation Service is available for any additional items in your collection you may wish to insure. In addition we offer a probate service and legal documentation. Please get in touch with a member of our team to  discuss the options most suitable for your jewellery.

Returns Policy

Items purchased online can be returned within 14 days and we will be happy to arrange an exchange or a full refund for you. Please be aware that we cannot refund delivery charges. When returning your item, please pack your parcel securely in the original box. We strongly recommend you use secure recorded delivery for this as we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods. Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange on special order items or items that have been engraved or sized at your request.

For security reasons we will be in touch directly in order to arrange a refund via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to be returned to your account.
